I'm going to go through each of the emotions mentioned in the title: mad, sad, tired, and anxious. I'm going to first discuss the emotion itself then I'm going to discuss natural, non-pill methods of dealing with the emotion. After that, I'll talk about the supplements that may help with the emotion, then I'm going to talk about the drugs/medications that may help this problem. I'm going to go through that process for each emotion.
I'm discussing this because it's a psychological issue. People have been deceived into a delusional worry while seemingly not convinced of an actual worry.

Dental smiles in the U.S. are a big deal. Everybody wants straight, white teeth, and we often do a lot to make that happen. Your mental health has an impact on your whole health, including your dental health. People with mental health issues are more prone to suffer from oral health issues such as tooth decay and gum disease. Oral health has an impact on general health and may even aid with mental wellness.
Caregiver support is critical to the treatment of childhood depression. This info sheet describes habits and skills that foster children’s mental well-being.
Lithium orotate, like zinc or selenium, is a dietary supplement type of lithium that is taken in micro dosages. When most people hear the word "lithium," they immediately think of the bipolar disorder medicine. It's a distinct type of lithium called lithium carbonate, and it's only accessible with a prescription. It is used in significantly greater dosages, ranging from 1000 mg to 2000 mg per day, compared to 10-20 mg per day for lithium orotate.
In an effort to address what has been widely described as a mental health crisis, the Biden administration is investing $35 million in suicide prevention, counseling, and other programs aimed at addressing depression, anxiety, and other disorders that have been exacerbated by the pandemic, according to research.
Mental illnesses like sadness and anxiety are difficult to treat. Many people benefit from medications, but they have a high failure rate and can have unpleasant side effects. It takes a long time and costs a lot of money to go to talk therapy. And neither method is effective in preventing the illnesses from arising in the first place. However, many individuals neglect another alternative that, when used properly, may be one of the most effective, least inconvenient, and least expensive methods to manage mental health disorders: exercise. Exercise is well-known for its physical benefits, and it has long been recommended for mental well-being. However, scientists are getting closer to figuring out just how exercise works its brain magic.
If you're forgetful or make mistakes when you're in a hurry, a new study from Michigan State University, the largest of its type to date, discovered that meditation can help you become less prone to making mistakes.
Magnesium deficiency is common in the United States. Before you go for a supplement, keep in mind that a few servings of magnesium-rich meals each day might enough to satisfy your daily requirements.
The nurse remarked, "I need your shoes." I turned to face him, then returned to my blue Converse sneakers. “What?” "Your shoes," he said again, this time more forcefully. "You're not allowed to have them here."
Musical ear syndrome is when you hear music that isn't there, basically. It's common when people have some hearing loss but that's not how it always is. There are two kinds of musical ear syndrome One kind is where you hear it out of thin air, and the other kind is when you hear it only when there's other sound, usually out of white noise. And it's not always music. You could also hear mumbling voices and other sounds.
Adderall is great for fatigue. There are other stimulant options but Adderall is the most popular.
I've grouped them together just because I'm showing the same study to support their use. The study showed that these two essential oils could reduce the fatigue of nurses working their shifts.
Do you have fatigue that has lasted longer than six months, can't be explained by an underlying medical condition, and worsens with any physical or mental exertion but doesn't get better with rest? Those are its primary identifiers. If you experience those things, then it's worth seeing if you experience any of these other things:
Several studies show ashwagandha to be effective with mild fatigue, at the very least.
Fatigue can be a life-ruining problem to deal with. When you're drained of all energy and just want to sink into a chair like a brick, like a beached whale, and all you can do in frustration is moan. But fatigue can effect everyone differently and with different frequencies. There must be something we can … Continue reading Introduction to Fatigue
Fatigue is a common symptom of many things. It's also a common side-effect for medications. Make sure nothing like that is going on, or if it is, that you know about it and are aware that you're dealing with it.
Medications for anger often target anger indirectly, typically having a calming effect. It's not quite as common to use medications for anger as it is for other issues, such as depression and anxiety. Nonetheless, it's often necessary and is nothing to be ashamed of.
There are many essential oils for anger. Essential oils by nature calm you down just by their pleasant aroma, so it could be argued that they're all essential oils for anger. But, putting that thought aside, I will be listing the essential oils that are especially effective for dealing with anger.
Marshmallow Root is a supplement for anger and is meant to calm and soothe you. Further studies are needed to confirm these speculations. L-tyrosine has the potential to make you more amiable by increasing dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine. I've worked with people where this did nothing for them, and I've worked with people whose lives were changed dramatically by the increase in energy and positivity.
Saffron calms you down and improves your mood. The maximum dosage is 400mg, but that would be hard to achieve with most of what's sold.
Although it might sometimes feel like your anger “explodes” and comes out of nowhere, this is almost never the case. Anger builds slowly, and if you aren’t paying attention, it can happen entirely outside of your awareness. Can you think of a time when your anger caught you by surprise? In retrospect, were there any warning signs you could’ve picked up on?
Anger triggers are the things that set you off. Knowing your triggers, and being cautious around them, will reduce the likelihood of your anger getting out of control.
In small doses, anger is an appropriate, normal, and healthy emotion. Everyone experiences anger. It helps us stand up for ourselves when we’ve been wronged, and protect our own needs. However, in many circumstances, anger can have negative repercussions. Below are examples of how anger can be harmful, or cause unwanted consequences.
That's the phrase I've often heard: anger issues. I don't know know if "anger issues" are commonly thought of as a problem belonging to the psychiatric realm. Are there medications for "anger issues," you might wonder. Can we really do anything about anger issues other than go to anger management classes? That's what I always saw on television. Do those classes work? What exactly does it mean to say "I have anger issues." Do I have anger issues? Do we all have anger issues?
There are a lot of choices for anxiety medications.
CBD has a lot of claims to its name. Maybe some of them are true. Maybe all of them are true. Whatever the case may be, right now, we're only going to look at claims substantiated by scientific research done on humans.

The psychiatric definition is "a nervous disorder characterized by a state of excessive uneasiness and apprehension, typically with compulsive behavior or panic attacks."
Let's begin with the standard. You go to a psychiatrist, stammer that you're depressed, and the doctor chucks an SSRI at your face.
Lavender perhaps has the most evidence for its efficacy, as an essential oil for depression. Studies show that it may reduce stress and anxiety, improving mood. This is perhaps done through the releasing of oxytocin, as demonstrated in this study.
