How to Make the Bad Feelings Go Away

Hello, my name is Alex, and I’m a therapist in California. I’m going to be talking about emotions in this blog. and ways of dealing with them.

I’m going to go through each of the emotions mentioned in the title: mad, sad, tired, and anxious. I’m going to first discuss the emotion itself then I’m going to discuss natural, non-pill methods of dealing with the emotion. After that, I’ll talk about the supplements that may help with it, then I’m going to talk about the drugs/medications that may help with it. And I’m going to go through that process for each emotion, Mad, Sad, Tired, and Anxious, with a lot of other information given along the way.

I’ll be starting with sad, by which I mean depressed, but depressed didn’t rhyme.

I’ll warm us up with a couple quotes on emotions:

  1. “I don’t want to be at the mercy of my emotions. I want to use them, to enjoy them, and to dominate them.”― Oscar Wilde
  2. “All the knowledge I possess others can acquire but my heart is all my own. ― Johann Wolfgang Von Goeth.

Emotions: A joke comic where one man writes "the rapist" on their office door and someone reminds him that "therapist" isn't written that way.
