  5. Ylang ylang was demonstrated to sedate you in this study, among others, lowering blood pressure and heart rate, reducing overall arousal.
  6. Sweet orange oil has modest evidence of its efficacy for dealing with anger. The others on this list have a little more solid evidence, but sweet orange oil does have enough evidence to make the list. It shows a lot of promise for sure.
