Fatigue can be a life-ruining problem to deal with. When you’re drained of all energy and just want to sink into a chair like a brick, like a beached whale, and all you can do in frustration is moan. But fatigue can effect everyone differently and with different frequencies.
There must be something we can do about it. Of course, it’s hard to do anything about it when you’re feeling gravity stronger than everyone else and just want to collapse to the floor and fall asleep so that everything will just go away. But we can do something about it.
This whole section on fatigue will be shorter than the other three sections. It’s not at all because it’s less important. It’s just in the nature of the topic to not be as lengthy.
