Medications for anger often target anger indirectly, typically having a calming effect. It's not quite as common to use medications for anger as it is for other issues, such as depression and anxiety. Nonetheless, it's often necessary and is nothing to be ashamed of.
There are many essential oils for anger. Essential oils by nature calm you down just by their pleasant aroma, so it could be argued that they're all essential oils for anger. But, putting that thought aside, I will be listing the essential oils that are especially effective for dealing with anger.

Let's begin with the standard. You go to a psychiatrist, stammer that you're depressed, and the doctor chucks an SSRI at your face.
Lavender perhaps has the most evidence for its efficacy, as an essential oil for depression. Studies show that it may reduce stress and anxiety, improving mood. This is perhaps done through the releasing of oxytocin, as demonstrated in this study.

What to do if you're depressed: most of the methods discussed here, you've probably heard countless times. There isn't likely to be anything ground-breaking here. I'll start what I feel is the most common given advice. Focus on your breathing.

I'm going to go through each of the emotions mentioned in the title: mad, sad, tired, and anxious. I'm going to first discuss the emotion itself then I'm going to discuss natural, non-pill methods of dealing with the emotion. After that, I'll talk about the supplements that may help with the emotion, then I'm going to talk about the drugs/medications that may help this problem. I'm going to go through that process for each emotion.
