I'm going to first discuss the emotion itself then I'm going to discuss natural, non-pill methods of dealing with the emotion. After that, I'll talk about the supplements that may help with the emotion, then I'm going to talk about the drugs/medications that may help this problem. I'm going to go through that process for each emotion.
